Warranties
By renting clothing from Iyana Rentals, you do so at your own risk and acknowledge that the items may appear differently in person than on the website. All rental items remain the property of Iyana Rentals at all times. All products have a refundable fee, which is forfeited if the products are damaged.
Payment Options
Payment can be made via bank card, cash, or bank transfer to the Iyana bank account, details of which are available upon request. If a payment is rejected or reversed, the customer agrees to settle the outstanding amount within 48 hours of notification.
Booking Period
Rental Period is 5 days inclusive. Booking Out garment on Thursday and Return it on Monday before 12:00 noon. Booking should be made 3 days before the desired hire period start date, or earlier
